INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
A collaborative space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.
Beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply sensing that something in life no longer feels aligned, therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin moving toward meaningful change.
My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood while also feeling encouraged to grow.
How I Work
I believe meaningful change happens through both understanding and action. Insight helps us recognize longstanding patterns, but lasting growth comes from intentionally applying that awareness in our relationships and everyday lives.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, balancing compassion with thoughtful challenge. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that continue to shape your life while working toward changes that feel authentic, sustainable, and aligned with your values.
Therapy isn't about having someone tell you what to do. It's a collaborative process where you'll find space to slow down, reflect, ask difficult questions, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Areas of Focus
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including:
• Anxiety and chronic stress
• Trauma and healing
• Grief and loss
• Depression

• Life transitions
• Caregiver stress and burnout
• Self-esteem and identity
• Personal growth and self-understanding
